I think the atmosphere in the office is very friendly and reassuring. The patients get to know the staff very well. They rely on the staff and the staff in turn becomes friends with our patients. I think my practice is different from other practices you may encounter here in town. From the minute the patient comes in the door, we take care of them. Whether it is getting them approved for surgery, taking care of them after surgery. They know they can rely on us and they are not on their own. We hold their hand essentially all the way through the process.
