Hi, I am Tanga and I am one of the first faces that you will see when you walk in the door at Dr. Wade Barker’s office. I am one of the receptionists. I check you in, I take your insurance card and driver’s license, and your co-pay and I give you paperwork to fill out and when you are done, we check you in and go to the back.

I schedule upper GIs, labs, CT abdomen and pelvis, and also explain to the patient about their percentage for surgery, which is a percent to Dr. Barker for the surgery or possibly EGD. Also I check patients in and out.

My name is Jackie and I am a medical assistant. I will schedule appointments as well as bring patients back into the room and remove staples after their surgery.

Hi, I am Ashley. I am administrative assistant. I help Dana, our office manager, with the billing, daily claims and appeals for the insurance, and I try to satisfy the patients when they call with their billing questions.
